the room was quite spacious, and the bed provided comfort. the shower included rituals products, which i found quite a treat. breakfast provided a decent variety, including eggs.

charmed by convenient location!

The breakfast selection really charmed me. There was plenty of choice! the staff were all so helpful. they kept an eye on food i had brought in from outside, which i found very nice. the bath towels were also lovely and big.

The room seemed a little unclean. i told the receptionist, but they sent chocolate instead of arranging a cleaning. i wanted the room properly cleaned, maybe even moved. The chocolate didn't really fix the issue!

The city view from my room was great. i had booked the level room executive lounge access. the breakfast was fantastic. So many options were available!

The beds weren't comfortable, i didn't sleep very well! i was disturbed the whole evening. My bedroom was beneath the gym. i couldn't sleep until after 11pm as the gym was noisy, banging through.
