The breakfast selection really charmed me. There was plenty of choice! the staff were all so helpful. they kept an eye on food i had brought in from outside, which i found very nice. the bath towels were also lovely and big.

The room seemed a little unclean. i told the receptionist, but they sent chocolate instead of arranging a cleaning. i wanted the room properly cleaned, maybe even moved. The chocolate didn't really fix the issue!

The city view from my room was great. i had booked the level room executive lounge access. the breakfast was fantastic. So many options were available!

The beds weren't comfortable, i didn't sleep very well! i was disturbed the whole evening. My bedroom was beneath the gym. i couldn't sleep until after 11pm as the gym was noisy, banging through.

i stayed in the hotel for a few days. the staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast. the hotel is near the modern art museum and a tram stop lets you go to the airport and the center.

the beds werent comfortable, and i didnt sleep very well. my bedroom was under the gym, it created disturbance. i couldnt sleep until after 11pm because of the gym noise.
